What is Temporal Dimension Patches?
We're a modest label of limited edition and high-quality woven patches, enamel pins & apparel partnering with bands and record labels around the world.
Where can I buy TDP products?
Currently our products are available through our store only.
Do you do trades?

Do you do custom orders?

Returns, Refunds + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
What is your exchange policy?
If you receive any products that are damaged or are not of the highest quality, we will offer you a replacement, free of charge.
What is your refund policy?
We strive to offer you unique, high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our items (custom, limited edition, or handmade), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
-Exchange for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference, if applicable).
-Store credit that can be used for a future purchase. Credit does not expire.
We reserve the right to deny any requests that don’t meet these conditions.
Shipping Information
What is the cost of shipping?
Our shipping rates vary according to the continent where you are.
RATES:
1) Central America: starting at $7
2) United States: starting at $11
3) Canada & Mexico: starting at $11
3) South America: starting at $15
4) Europe: starting at $15
5) Australia: starting at $15
6) Rest of the world: starting at $15
Note: all of our pricing + rates are in US dollars.
How long does it take for my parcel to be delivered?
We now ship all international orders using the Guatemalan Postal Service, which allows us to move parcels more efficiently and reliably.
Here’s what to expect:
- Once we drop off parcels, they usually take 1–2 business days to be processed and entered into the postal system.
- After dispatch, average delivery time is around 15 days, depending on your country and local customs processing.
Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary slightly due to customs inspections or postal delays in the destination country. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take a bit longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
We truly appreciate your patience and support — international shipping always comes with variables, but your order is safe and on its way.
Where do you ship from?
All parcels (except for apparel) are sent every two weeks from Guatemala.
*Apparel orders are shipped from CDMX, Mexico.
Order Information
I want to cancel or edit my order
We understand that plans can change — but due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
This applies to all orders, including pre-orders.
Why?
- Many of our products are limited edition, made to order, or produced in small batches.
- Inventory for pre-orders is reserved immediately.
- Packaging and fulfillment preparations begin shortly after an order is submitted.
If you no longer wish to receive your order, we can offer the following alternatives:
✔️ Exchange for another item(s) of equal or greater value
✔️ Store credit for the full order value (does not expire)
❌ Refunds or cancellations are not available.
We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email on Tuesdays or Wednesdays of each week, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Are there any special requirements I need to do when placing my order?
PLEASE! Add a phone number when you're filling out your information to put it on your package and make it easier to contact you.
What should I do if my package gets returned?
Most likely we will get notified as soon as the package gets returned, so we will definitely be in touch with you to provide instructions once the package arrives back at our warehouse.
Please be aware that you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for us to resend the parcel again.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track your parcel.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept PayPal, as well as credit and debit cards at checkout.
Can I cancel my pre-order and receive a refund?
Cancellation of preorders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor can it be exchanged for other products in our store. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we do accept gift cards as a form of payment. You can purchase them on our shop page.
