We're a modest label of limited edition and high-quality woven patches & enamel pins partnering with bands and record labels around the world.

Currently our products are available through our store only.

Returns, Refunds + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
What is your exchange policy?
If you receive any products that are damaged or are not of the highest quality, we will offer you a replacement, free of charge.

Shipping Information
What is the cost of shipping?
Our shipping rates vary according to the continent where you are.
RATES:
1) Central America: $ 5
2) North America: $ 5.50
3) South America and the Caribbean: $6
4) Europe: $6.50
5) Australia: $10.00
6) Rest of the world: $7.50
Note: all of our pricing + rates are in US dollars.
How long does it take for my parcel to be delivered?
Once they leave Honduran territory:
1) North America: 30+ days
2) South America and the Caribbean: 40+ days
3) Europe: 40+ days
4) Central America: 20-30 days
5) The rest of the world: 40 days onwards
The aforementioned data is only an average. Your package may arrive much earlier or take a couple of days more.
NOTE: All these data were provided by the offices of the National Post of Honduras.
No need to mention it but we will. Our current reality (Pandemic / COVID-19) has affected us all equally. Perhaps, some more than others and one of them is the logistics/customs companies since they have been forced to reduce their staff by almost half and that causes everything to be postponed/get processed much slower, so please, we ask for your patience!
Orders with untracked shipping...
Given this option is not able to be traced, please bare in mind that all responsibility falls on the customer side. We’re afraid we will NOT be able to refund or replace any missed or damaged orders.
Where do you ship from?
ALL of our packages (except Australia*) will be sent three times a week from El Progreso, Yoro Honduras C. A.
*Orders from Australia will be shipped to Mexico or Maryland, USA first, and then will be redirected to Australia from there.

Order Information
I want to cancel or edit my order
If you need to edit or cancel your order, you may do so within the first hour of ordering directly via the confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or if your order is outside of the one hour window, please contact temporaldimensionspatches@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order beyond the one hour mark.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email on Tuesdays or Wednesdays of each week, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Are there any special requirements I need to do when placing my order?
PLEASE! Add a phone number when you're filling out your information to put it on your package and make it easier to contact you.
What should I do if my package gets returned?
Most likely we will get notified as soon as the package gets returned, so we will definitely be in touch with you to provide instructions once the package arrives back at our warehouse.
Please be aware that you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for us to resend the parcel again.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track your parcel.
What payment forms do you accept?
We only accept Paypal at the moment. Working on adding more options soon.
Can I cancel my pre-order and receive a refund?
Cancellation of preorders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor can it be exchanged for other products in our store. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we do accept gift cards as a form of payment. You can purchase them on our shop page.
