At Temporal Dimensions Patches, many of our releases are made available for pre-order before production is complete. This allows us to offer carefully selected, officially licensed merchandise while giving collectors the opportunity to secure their copies ahead of release.

We ask that you review the following terms before placing a pre-order.

1. PRE-ORDER AVAILABILITY

Products marked PRE-ORDER are not available for immediate shipment.

These items are either in production or awaiting delivery to our facility. Placing a pre-order reserves your selected merchandise, which will be dispatched once it becomes available and your order is ready for fulfillment.

Payment is collected in full at checkout.

2. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Every pre-order listing includes an estimated shipping timeframe based on our current production schedule.

While we work closely with our manufacturing partners to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances may affect production, quality control, or transportation.

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed dispatch or delivery dates. They may be adjusted when circumstances require additional time.

Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping timeframe refers to when we expect to dispatch your order, not when it will arrive at your address. International transit times vary by destination and postal service.

3. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS

To keep fulfillment organized and avoid additional shipping charges, all items in an order are shipped together.

If your purchase includes both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will remain on hold until the pre-order merchandise is available.

The same applies to orders containing multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates.

If you prefer to receive in-stock merchandise without waiting for a pre-order, please place separate orders.

4. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Our pre-order releases are produced in limited quantities, with production and inventory commitments made in advance.

For this reason, pre-orders are generally final and cannot be canceled or refunded simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to wait within the stated shipping timeframe.

Requests for changes to an existing order are subject to review and may not always be possible.

If a release cannot be fulfilled, or if a significant issue affects your order, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund when required.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. UPDATES & ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details when available.

We do not send individual production updates for every order. However, when a release experiences a significant change to its expected fulfillment schedule, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that information to affected customers.

If your order is still within its estimated shipping timeframe, no action is necessary.

6. QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PRE-ORDER
